	All your company needs to have is an account on the site in the talentNET network that you want use. For the pay sites you will need to have credits in your account. Once you have posted your job on CareerBoard, simply select the other sites on which you are registered and the job is automatically posted. Credits are immediately deducted from those accounts. It is that simple!
